Love yourself enough to set boundaries. Your time and energy are precious. You get to choose how you use it. You teach people how to treat you by deciding what you will and won’t accept.

My way of relaxing

My way of relaxing

So I’m sitting here watching a baking show and realize I have all kinds of cookies and brownies I can make. So I get up and light a Christmas candle and get to cooking. I made brownies with Andes mints in them, sugar cookies with Christmas trees, chocolate chip cookies (which of course I burned because I can’t bake chocolate chip cookies to save my life), and my famous peanut butter cookies. Nothing says Christmas like baking cookies. Hello December!
